At RS Hometech, we stand behind every product. We offer a 7-Day Easy Return Policy from the date of delivery.
When Can You Return?
✅ We accept returns if:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is significantly different from description
- Package was tampered during delivery
❌ We cannot accept returns if:
- 7 days have passed since delivery
- Product shows signs of use or washing
- Damage caused by customer mishandling
- Product returned without original packaging
How to Start a Return
- Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
- Step 2: Share your Order Number + Photo/Video of the issue
- Step 3: Our team will verify within 24 hours
- Step 4: If approved, we will arrange free pickup from your address
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and check the returned product:
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund via Bank Transfer/UPI within 5-7 working days
- Online Payment Orders: Refund to original payment source within 5-7 working days
Bank processing may take 1-2 extra days.
Shipping Cost for Returns
- Our Fault: We pay return shipping for damaged/wrong products
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
